Common questions

How is my area chosen?

Your area (U.S. county or Korean city/district) is set from where you are right now, so everyone in an area's list really runs there. If you move, go to Settings → Area and tap Use my current location. When you run somewhere else, you show up in the "running now" list of the area you are running in.

Can other runners see where I am?

No. Others see your nickname, picture, area, and distance — never your live location. Maps of your runs shown to others have the start and end trimmed (Settings → Hide start & finish).

How do I hide from other runners?

Turn on Settings → Hide me from others. You disappear from area lists and leaderboards; your crews still see you.

How do I report or block someone?

Long-press a runner in a list, or open their profile or a crew post and choose Report or block.

How do I manage my crew?

Open the crew and tap ⋯ → Manage crew to rename it, make a new invite code, remove members, or make someone else the owner. Owners can pin and delete posts on the crew board.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete account. Everything is deleted immediately and cannot be undone.

My distance or heart rate looks wrong.

Make sure location is set to "Always" or "While Using" with Precise Location on, and that Apple Health access is allowed for heart rate. GPS can be less accurate between tall buildings or under trees.
