Last updated: October 15, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Runear. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (14 in Korea) to use Runear.

2. Your account

3. Community rules — zero tolerance

Runear has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, upload, or send — in your nickname, photo, crew names, posts, comments, or route names and descriptions — anything that:

You also agree not to stalk or track other runners, interfere with the service, access other accounts, or falsify runs or locations.

4. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

5. Your content

You own the content you create (posts, comments, photos, route descriptions). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and share it with other users as needed to run the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already seen.

6. Safety and health

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Runear is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from your runs, routes shared by others, or your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Runear and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in Korea, mandatory Korean consumer-protection laws still apply to you.

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
